Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BidMantra, a GeM bidding co-pilot operated by Velura Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.

1. What BidMantra is

BidMantra is an independent facilitation and software service that helps you discover GeM tenders, assess eligibility (GO / NO-GO), and prepare bid documents. We are a GeM Sahayak. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, GeM SPV or the Government of India.

2. You submit your own bids

We prepare drafts and analysis. You review, price and submit every bid yourself using your own Digital Signature Certificate. We do not hold your DSC and do not submit or sign on your behalf. Final responsibility for what you submit rests with you.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Our matching and GO / NO-GO analysis are decision support, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will win any tender, that a tender is error-free, or that eligibility calls are exhaustive — each tender's own document and GeM's rules prevail. Verify critical terms before bidding.

4. Subscriptions & fees

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. We charge a subscription, never a success fee.
• Add-ons (dedicated bid manager, extra drafting, priority SLA) are billed as selected.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• GeM's own transaction fees and any EMD / PBG are separate and payable by you.

5. One bidder per tender

We support a single customer per tender to avoid conflicts of interest. If more than one customer matches the same tender, we allocate it to the earliest / best-fit customer and offer others an alternative.

6. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate business information; you're responsible for the credentials and documents you supply.
• Don't use the service for unlawful bids, misrepresentation, or to circumvent GeM rules.
• Don't resell or scrape the service without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost tenders, profits or EMD forfeiture arising from your bid decisions.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at our registered place of business having jurisdiction.
